We can now present a collection of photos taken by the Swedish driver Berra Ljungdahl.
Berra was activ in the 60s and then he started racing again after GO-69's 20th anniversary in 1989 and he is still racing at our club.

In 1968 Berra started Team Tequila, but the SBF (Swedish Car Racing Association) did not approve of that name because of it referring to alcohol, so the next year he changed the name to GO-69 (GO for Gothenburg and 69 for the year). SBF didn't understand that it was a paraphrase of the whisky brand VAT 69, so he was allowed to use the name. GO-69 is now the oldest still existing slotracing club in Sweden.

Many thanks to Berra for lending us some of his photos, so that we could present them here on our website.
